The following procedure applies to both of the wheels.
1. Check:
Wheel Damage/out-of-round → Replace.
| WARNING Never attempt to make any repairs to the wheel. |
NOTE:
After a tire or wheel has been changed or replaced, always balance the wheel.

NOTE:
Align the punch mark "a" in the balancer drive
gear "2" with the punch mark "b" in the balancer
driven gear "1".

Damage/wear Replace the

Checking the fid (fast idle solenoid)
1. Disconnect:
FID (fast idle solenoid) coupler
2. Check:
FID (fast idle solenoid) resistance
a. Disconnect the FID (fast idle solenoid) coupler
from the FID.
b. Connect the pocket tester ( × 10)
to the terminals
of the FID (fast idle solenoid).
