1. Thoroughly wash the crankcase halves in a mild solvent.

2. Thoroughly clean all the gasket surfaces and crankcase mating surfaces.

3. Check:

  • Crankcase Cracks/damage Replace.

  • Oil delivery passages Obstruction Blow out with
    compressed air.
