1. Check:
- Swingarm
Bends/cracks/damage
Replace.
2. Check:
- Pivot shaft
Roll the pivot shaft on a flat surface.
Bends
Replace.

3. Wash:
- Pivot shaft
- Washer
- Swingarm adjusting collar
- Dust covers
- Spacers
- Bearings
4. Check:
- Washer
