1. Disconnect:
FID (fast idle solenoid) coupler
2. Check:
FID (fast idle solenoid) resistance
a. Disconnect the FID (fast idle solenoid) coupler
from the FID.
b. Connect the pocket tester ( × 10)
to the terminals
of the FID (fast idle solenoid).
